Dominican mountaineer Thais Herrera returns home after conquering Mount Everest

Santo Domingo.- Mountaineer Thais Herrera has returned to her homeland after becoming the first Dominican woman to successfully climb Mount Everest, achieving a significant milestone in her personal challenge to conquer the highest mountains on each of the five continents.

Upon her arrival at the International Airport of the Americas, she was greeted with the lively rhythm of merengue music. Herrera expressed her gratitude and optimism, celebrating the remarkable feat she had accomplished.
