Weather report: Hurricane Beryl downgraded to Category 3

Santo Domingo.- The meteorological agency has reported that Hurricane Beryl’s wind speeds have decreased to a Category 3 level, now reaching 195 kilometers per hour. The hurricane is currently located 165 kilometers south-southeast of Barbados, in the Lesser Antilles, moving at a speed of 31 kilometers per hour.

The National Meteorological Office (ONAMET) advises the public to stay informed about the progress and development of Beryl through their issued bulletins.

Weather Conditions for Today

In terms of today’s weather conditions in the country, the chances of rain are minimal. This is due to the presence of an air mass containing Saharan dust particles.
