Santo Domingo.– President Danilo Medina attended Friday afternoon the ceremony to inaugurate the construction of a housing project in Los Americanos sector, in Los Alcarrizos, 15 kilometers north of the capital.
The Praderas del Norte project will include 830 houses of economic type and Spanish group Victoria Hispalic will be in charged of its construction, which will generate nearly 600 direct and indirect jobs.
The overall cost of the project will be RD$1,100 million pesos, the Dominican Presidency revealed.
