CrecerLab launches AI-powered virtual assistant “Lisa”

Santo Domingo.- CrecerLab, a Dominican company specializing in disruptive innovation, celebrated the successful launch of “Lisa,” the first artificial intelligence (AI)-based virtual assistant focused on audio computing in the Dominican Republic. The unveiling took place at the “Lisa Event 2024,” attended by business leaders, developers, and tech enthusiasts eager to explore the transformative potential of this platform.

Lisa enables customers to interact with businesses through voice commands, eliminating the need for multiple apps. This innovation optimizes processes, improves efficiency, and enhances the user experience by simplifying customer-business interactions. Attendees were impressed with live demonstrations showing Lisa’s ability to streamline tasks and optimize business operations, particularly in the insurance sector, with Seguros Crecer as the first collaborator.

The event also highlighted Lisa’s future advancements, including natural language processing, business system integration, and personalized user experiences. CrecerLab’s General Director, Carlos Barranco, emphasized that Lisa marks the beginning of a new era of efficient, intuitive digital interaction for businesses and consumers alike.

With Lisa available for download on Google Play and through lisa.do, CrecerLab continues to lead innovation in the Dominican Republic, driving digital transformation across industries.
