Ágora Mall expresses condolences for tragic incident

Santo Domingo.- Ágora Mall released an official statement on Sunday addressing the tragic death of Hernán Espínola Roque, 42, at its facilities. The mall clarified that the incident did not take place in its commercial or traffic areas, ensuring that operations continue as normal to reassure visitors and patrons.

The administration expressed its condolences to Espínola Roque’s family and emphasized its commitment to respecting their privacy, as requested by the relatives. “Out of respect for his loved ones, all information regarding the incident will remain private,” the statement noted.

Ágora Mall also pledged full cooperation with authorities to uncover the details of the event, reaffirming its dedication to safety and transparency while maintaining uninterrupted service to its visitors.
