Group of Haitians storm Dominican Army post, steal rifles(Correct)

Santo Domingo.- A group of seven Haitians on Tuesday stormed the Dominican Army post at El Dique in Pedernales province (southwest) and stole two M16 rifles from the facility.

According to outlet elcaribe.com.do reports, the incident occurred 6:50am when the post was manned by only one soldier.

The unidentified Haitian assailants took the soldier by surprise and held him at bay with knives and makeshift firearms until escaping into the rugged mountains.
