All fuels except natural gas climb a 3rd straight week

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry postedthe fuel prices for the third week from March 19 to 25, when premium gasolinewill cost RD$183.90, an increase of RD$2.90; regular gasoline will costRD$164.20, an increase of RD$2.80 per gallon.

Optimum diesel will cost RD$139.60, a RD$4.50 increase;regular diesel will cost RD$124.00, a RD$2.30 increase; avtur will cost RD$85.80,up RD$3.20; kerosene will cost RD$108.60, a RD$4.30 increase and fuel oil willcost RD$63.50, or RD$1.85 more per gallon.

Propane gas will cost RD$85.60, for an increase of RD$1.80per gallon, while natural gas remains at RD$23.22 per cubic meter.

The Central Bank’s posted average exchange rate of RD$45.81per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
