CEMEX taps the best construction works

S.D.- CEMEX Dominicana on Tues. awarded outstanding construction works in its 13th annual CEMEX Works Prize, an initiative that recognizes the best architectural developments in the country, focused on their value, innovation, functionality and social responsibility.

During the event held in Hotel Jaragua’s Salon La Fiesta, CEMEX Caribbean Cluster director Alejandro Ramírez Cantú said the contest represents the highest award for architecture and engineering in the Dominican Republic, which reveals the entrepreneurial and creative spirit of the country’s construction professionals.

The winners will have the opportunity to go to Mexico in November, with all expenses paid, to represent their countries in the CEMEX Works Awards International Edition.
