Fuel prices mixed as reg. gasoline, propane fall, diesel climbs

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Fri. posted the fuel prices for the week from Dec. 23 to 29, when premium gasoline will continue at RD$219.80 per gallon, as regular gasoline also remains unchanged at RD$207.20 per gallon.

Regular diesel will cost RD$168.50, and fuel oil RD$108.85, both RD$1.00 more per gallon.

Optimum diesel continues at RD$181.60; avtur at RD$132.90 and kerosene at RD$159.30 per gallon.

Propane gas will still cost RD$116.30 per gallon, or RD$1.00 less and natural gas continues at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Central Bank’s average posted exchange rate of RD$48.28 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
