All fuel prices climb, except natural gas
Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Fri. posted the fuel prices for the week from January 6 to 12, when premium gasoline will cost RD$227.30 per gallon, or RD$4.00 more and regular will cost RD$211.20, an increase of RD$2.00 per gallon.
Regular diesel will cost RD$176.50, or RD$6.00 higher; optimum diesel will cost RD$187.60, an increase of RD$5.00; avtur will cost RD$136.90 and kerosene will cost RD$163.30, both RD$4.00 moe per gallon.
Fuel oil will cost RD$111.85; propane gas will cost RD$119.30, both RD$2.00 more per gallon and natural gas continues at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.
The Central Bank’s posted averaged exchange rate of RD$48.40 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
