80 military facilities along Haiti border to get a RD$50.0M facelift
Santo Domingo.- The govt.’s Reformed Companies Fund (Fonper) and the Defense Ministry will rebuild around 80 military facilities along the Haiti border at a cost of RD$50.0 million.
To materialize the project, Fonper president, Fernando Rosa and Defense minister Rubén D. Paulino on Tuesday signed the agreement, with an initial disbursement of RD$20.0 million for the first stage.
Rosa said the remaining funds will be disbursed depending on the progress report from Fonper’s Constructions Dept.
