Fuel prices fall a 4th straight week; natural gas stays put

Santo Domingo.-  The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Fri. posted the fuel prices for the week from June 23 to 29, when premium gasoline will cost RD$236.30, or RD$4.00 less and regular gasoline will cost RD$222.20, or RD$3.00 less per gallon.

Regular diesel will cost RD$183.50, and premium diesel will cost RD$197.60 per gallon or RD$3.00 lower on both.

Avtur will cost RD$146.90, or RD$4.00 less; kerosene will cost RD$174.30, or RD$3.00 less and fuel oil will cost RD$120.85, or RD$1.00 less per gallon.

Propane remains at RD$116.30 per gallon, or RD$1.00 lower and natural gas remains at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.

The Central Bank’s average posted exchange rate of RD$49.51 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
