All fuels jump, except natural gas

Forget the high gas prices and cool off at Aguas Blancas.

Santo Domingo.- The Industry and Commerce Ministry on Fri. posted the fuel prices for the week from July 7 to 13, when premium gasoline will cost RD$242.30, or RD$4.00 more and regular gasoline will cost RD$228.20, or RD$5.00 more per gallon.

Regular diesel will cost RD$187.50, or RD$5.00 more, and premium diesel will cost RD$201.60, or RD$4.00 more per gallon.

Avtur will cost RD$150.90, or RD$3.00 more; kerosene will cost RD$178.30, or RD$4.00 higher and fuel oil will cost RD$128.85, or RD$5.00 more per gallon.

Propane gas will cost RD$120.30 per gallon, or RD$4.00 higher, while natural gas continues at RD$28.97 per cubic meter.

The Dominican Republic Central Bank’s average posted exchange rate of RD$49.53 per dollar was used to calculate all fuel prices.
