Dollar ‘stable’ but peso slides toward 50-to-1

Santo Domingo.- Dominican Republic’s Central Bank on Tues. said the exchange rate of the US dollar continues “stable” today against the Dominican peso.

It said in the country’s currency market the dollar costs RD$49.81, compared with the RD$49.75 pesos which sellers fetch.
