Biggest brewery unveils Sustainability Strategy

Sano Domingo.- The Dominican National Brewery (CND) on Tues. announced its new Sustainability Strategy “100+” and presented its objectives to be met by 2025 in each of the platform’s new pillars: entrepreneurship, sustainable agriculture, water protection, climate change and renewable energy, and circular packaging.

In the presentation held at the CND facilities, Luciano Carrillo, Anheuser-Busch Inbev president for Central America and Caribbean, labeled it “a socially responsible global company with a commitment to a healthy natural environment and prosperous communities so that products continue uniting people for the next 100 years or more.”

“Our objectives of Sustainability 100+ are designed to positively impact the environment and to provide quantifiable results,” Carrillo said in the activity attended by media directors and journalists at the country’s biggest brewery.
