Bernstein visits biggest power company ; natural gas comple

United States ambassador Robin S. Bernstein visited the facilities of the AES energy complex at Andrés, Boca Chica on Monday, to learn about its innovative technology and also observe an offload of natural gas at the power company’s tanker terminal.
