Gov.-private sector alliance looks to promote, develop ICT software

Santo Domingo.- The Government, in alliance with private sector companies, invests RD$96 million in programs and actions that promote the development of the ICT software and services industry in the country.

Industry and Commerce deputy minister Ignacio Méndez said that the institution is responsible for executing actions aimed at generating income.

“The great power of this project is that resources are shared: 50.6 million pesos come from the public sector and 45 million pesos from the private sector. This sends a clear message that together, public and private sector, we can go further.”
