Sky High Dominicana reveals that it acquires new aircraft to offer service to the entire Caribbean

Sky High Dominicana reported that it is continuing to expand its commercial aviation services and that it has begun to expand the company to offer flights throughout the Caribbean since 2022. Cesarina Buchans made the announcement, adding that in 2023, they will receive new and modern aircraft with increased passenger capacity, to continue to improve the country’s aeronautical service.

In an interview with El Gobierno de la Mañana from Madrid, Buchans stated that the entity will receive two 175-passenger aircraft in January and that by the end of 2023, they will receive another two modern 146-passenger aircraft. All of this, in addition to Sky High Dominicana’s existing 50-passenger Embraer units capable of flying throughout the Caribbean. He added that Sky High also has a cargo plane to offer the service in the region, bringing its total fleet to 13 aircraft.

Cesarina Buchans concluded that the airline intends to continue increasing the frequency of flights to various US cities.
