Covid: 9 more die, 1,442 total deaths

Santo Domingo.- Public Health reported Wednesday on the detection of 1,442 new positives of the coronavirus,after performing 5,986 PCR tests.

Meanwhile, nine people died with COVID, which raised the number of deaths accumulated since the beginning of the pandemic to 3,726.

As of June 16, the Dominican Republic totals 311,833 cases of the infectious disease, of which 53,707 remain active.
