Clear skies, milder temperatures over most of the country

Santo Domingo.- The Dominican Republic will remain under good weather conditions as a high pressure system continues over the territory, with low probability of precipitation and predominately clear skies for most of Wednesday.

In its Thursday forecast the National Meteorology Office (Onamet) said only the northeast wind could drag some clouds towards the Northeast, Southeast and Central Mountains, with short, widely scattered showers.

It said for Friday morning, a low pressure system approaching the country will bring some downpours along the border zone including the Southwest and Northwest, and that milder temperatures will continue from a Northeast wind.

For greater Santo Domingo Onamet forecasts partly cloudy to mostly clear skies.
