Heisted plane reportedly found(Update)

Santo Domingo.- Venezuela authorities announced they’ve located in that country the airplane stolen Sunday, according to news source Nacional de Venezuela.

Quoting officials of the Los Llanos Integral Defense Strategic Command (REDI), and the National Antinarcotics Office (ONA), the publication said the plane, a Beechcraft King Air 200, was located in the state Apure, of that nation.

FILE.- Dominican Republic and international intelligence agencies reportedly located Thursday in Honduras the twin engine airplane stolen Sunday from Isabela International Airport (AILI), with one Army officer in custody and l8 others being questioned.

Intelligence sources cited by local media say they await all the information on the heisted plane, because aircraft with the same characteristics were also stolen in Argentina and Chile. “We are waiting a detailed report of the airplane located in Honduras in the next few hours. It has the same characteristics and details of two other similar aircraft stolen Chile and Argentina.”

The airplane, registry N-87lC, is the property if the resort group Puntacana, stolen from the company’s hangar.
