Widely scattered showers, thunderstorms

Santo Domingo. – The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) forecasts mostly clear skies hours in the North, Northeast, Central Cibao and East for Monday morning, and scattered showers for the Southwest, Southeast, and parts of the border zone.

It said a low pressure system’s humidity will bring increasing cloudiness over most of the country Monday afternoon.

It also forecasts scattered showers with occasional thunderstorms for the Caribbean Coastal Plain, the Bahoruco Mountains, Neiba Valley, the Eastern part of the Cibao Valley and parts of the Central Mountains’ southern slope.
