FBI joins probe into Mirielle Camilo’s murder in Boston

NEW YORK.- Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) agents on Monday joined the investigation into the murder of Mirielle Camilo, a Dominican mother of two found strangled with an electrical cable last week in her apartment in Boston’s Mattapan sector.

Since the first day Boston Police has been trying to arrest some suspect in connection with the homicide, but their efforts have been unfruitful thus far.

In that regard the authorities have requested the community’s collaboration into the slaying, which investigators believed was perpetrated by someone known by Camilo.
