Mild tremor shakes Santo Domingo, interior

Santo Domingo.- The State University UASD Seismology Institute reported a 4.2 magnitude quake, 19 kilometers south of Santo Domingo around 10:53am Dominican Republic time.

The tremor was detected at 29 kilometers in depth in the Caribbean Sea, and felt in La Vega, Espaillat Santiago and Puerto Plata provinces.
