Culture Ministry and Presidente beer ready for a new carnival season

Santo Domingo.– The Culture Ministry and Presidente Beer kicked off the celebration of the Dominican Carnival month of joy and color at an event in the gardens of the hotel El Embajador, where the new campaign and the details of the program were announced.

"This year the extensive program includes the coronation of the Carnival King and Queen, titles that this time go to Sergio Vargas and Hanoi Sanchez. In addition, the audience will have the chance of enjoying the Live the Carnival Reality Show," said Culture minister Jose Rafael Lantigua.

Throughout all February, Presidente beer, as the official sponsor of the Dominican Carnival, will continue developing various activities around the country through which the most representative carnival parades and gatherings of our most popular carnivals will take place, said Marisol Martinez, Brand Manager of Presidente Beer.

"Presidente, a Dominican icon and source of Dominican pride, has always maintained and sustained its support for our Carnival, preserving its authenticity, its roots and its joy. We want everyone to take an active part of this great celebration," Martinez pointed out.
