Clear skies, mild temperatures continue

Santo Domingo.- Few changes in Dominican Republic’s weather today with low probability of rain, the National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) announced Wednesday.

It forecasts clear skies from a high pressure system located over the Atlantic, with some widely scattered showers at the border zone, north, northeast, southeast and Central Mountains.

It said the seasonably mild temperatures will continue during the morning and evening hours, as a result of the prevailing east-northeast wind

Meteorology said the probabilities of rain are very low for most of the country during the next 48 hours, and advises small craft to operate near shore on the higher than normal surge along the Atlantic and Caribbean coasts.
