Mostly clear skies, low probability of rain

SANTO DOMINGO. – Most of Thursday will have mostly clear skies and low probability of rain, the National Office of Meteorology (ONAMET) forecast Wednesday.

It said few changes can be expected for Friday and the weekend, with some widely scattered showers over the mountains and the East region.

Meteorology said the higher than normal waves will continue along the Atlantic Coast, and recommends small craft remain in port.

It adds that pleasure craft should remain near shore along the northern coast during the weekend, while there are no resections for the other coasts, as the surge is normal.
