Dominicans party Carnaval

Santo Domingo.- Thousands of Dominicans and foreigners partied to the beat National Carnaval Parade’s raucous antics along Santo Domingo’s Malecon, hosted by the Culture Ministry and major companies.

This year’s event showcased La Vega’s version, with merengue star Sergio Vargas and folklorist Hanoi Reyes as grandmasters, heading the Carnaval parade’s lead float.
