Anonymous “cell” of hackers get 3 months in jail to await trial

Santo Domingo. – National District Permanent Attention judge Keila Perez sent four of six charged with hacking Web sites of government agencies and companies, to spend three months in jail to await trial.

Perez ruled for the High-Tech Department prosecutor Germán Vásquez’s motion that that the also accused of forming part of Anonymous’s local “cell” pose a flight risk.

Milton David Cornielle, Jean Carlos Rafael Acosta, Cristian Jose de la Rosa and Roberto Delgado Reynoso were sent to Najayo Prisoin, in San Cristóbal, while the minors Angel Capellan Ogando and Alvin Ismael Núñez were sent to Juvenile Court.
