Widely scattered showers, high temperatures

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) said the prevailing southeast wind will continue over the country, with seasonably high temperatures and widely scattered showers, mostly the northeast, southeast and Central Mountains.

It said low pressure system over the northwestern Caribbean will bring showers and thunderstorms, but with low probabilities of becoming a tropical storm during the next 48 hours.

Onamet also issued small craft advisories for all coasts, on higher than normal winds and waves.
