Widely scattered showers, high temps continue

Santo Domingo.- The prevailing southeast wind will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to most of the country, but not as frequent in the Southwest, and Southeast.

The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) forecasts partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies for the rest of the country, and continuing higher than normal temperatures.

Meteorology said there’ll be a slight increase in precipitation on Friday, followed by a sharp decrease in rainfall over much of the country on Saturday.
