High temperatures, scattered showers

Santo Domingo.-The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecasts continuing high temperatures, increasing cloudiness, some scattered showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon for the southeast, southwest, Central Mountains and border area.

Onamet said a tropical wave east of Puerto Rico will arrive Wednesday, when showers and thunderstorms will increase in the afternoon and evening, mostly in the southeast, Central Mountains and border area.
