Government salaries have “undesirable distortions,” Constitutional chief justice says
Santo Domingo.- Constitutional Court presiding justice Milton Ray Guevara Tuesday night complained that judiciary officials earn paltry wages the same as other important government sectors.
Guevara, who spoke during the inaugural ceremony for the offices of the Constitutional Court, headed by president Leonel Fernandez, requested a reform to correct what he called “undesirable distortions” in government salaries.
