Scattered showers except the Northwest

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office forecasts scattered showers for Wedenesday, from an upper-level trough north of the country.

It said the prevailing East-Northeast wind and local effects are the main influences over the weather.

It adds that the rains will be more frequent and intense over the North, Northeast, Southeast, Central Mountains and border area, especially in the afternoon and early evening hours.
