Scattered showers continue from tropical wave

Santo Domingo.- The showers will continue today from a tropical wave moving westward over the Windward Passage and the humidity over Dominican territory.

The Weather Office (Onamet) forecasts scattered showers accompanied by thunderstorms to the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Central Mountains and border area.

Temperatures will remain seasonably warm.

Onamet said the showers will continue Friday, an increasing in intensity Saturday and Sunday over much of the country.
