Three people were arrested, including the vehicle’s owner, and fourth is being sought who’s allegedly linked to drug trafficking.
The bodies of Miguel de Jesus Peña, 37, and Juan Carlos de Jesus Rodriguez were sent to the Forensics.
Also executed was the moneylender and attorney José Mercedes Ureña, 54, on Tuesday, when two men on a motorcycle shot him twice in the neck. At least 15 people have been arrested in connection with the case.
