Mostly sunny skies, advisories for the coasts

Santo Domingo.- A high pressure system over the northeast Atlantic will bring mostly sunny skies, but the humidity from the prevailing east-southeast wind will bring widely scattered showers Monday afternoon to the northeast, southeast, Central Mountains and border area.

The National Meteorology forecasts a low probability of rainfall for the next 24 to 48 hours.

It issued advisories for the Atlantic and Caribbean coasts, where small craft should remain near shore, on higher than normal surf.
