Less rain, comfortable temperatures

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorological Office (ONAMET)informed today that there will be hardly any rainfall across the country, asforecasters say the country is under a high-pressure system that limits cloudformations with high vertical development.

Theprevailing east-northeast winds may cause some brief light rains with isolatedwind gusts, mainly in the afternoon and early evening in the northeast,southeast and central cordillera.

Onametadded that the temperatures would remain pleasant especially in the earlymorning and at night, due to the east/northeasterly wind.

Fortomorrow Thursday and Friday the forecast is for less rain over the country.
