First Lady distributes toys to thousands

Santo Domingo.– The Dominican Government will distribute toys to needy children on Sunday on occasion of the Epiphany (III Magi), in a ceremony to be headed by the first lady Candida Montilla at the Palace of Sports of the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center.

"The toys, which are worth nearly 100 million pesos, are already distributed in all provinces and the official ceremony will be on Sunday," the Presidency’s Social Plan director Cesar Prieto said.
