Low chance of showers Friday, lower temperatures the weekend

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecasts a low probability of rain today Friday, while the winds from a high pressure system will bring significantly lower temperatures.

It also forecasts increasing cloudiness and scattered showers though the weekend, mostly for the South-Southwest coasta and Central Mountains, increasing in the afternoon.

It said temperatures in Constanza (central) dropped to 6.2 degrees Celsius; Rancho Arriba, and San José de Ocoa (south) 7.5 º C, and Hondo Valle and Elías Piña (west) 8.9 º C.
