Widely scattered showers, mild temperatures

Santo Domingo.- Today brings widely scattered showers over the North, Northeast, Southeast and Central Mountain range, from a nearly stationary frontal system over the northwest and from the humidity carried by the east-northeast wind.

The National Meteorology Office (ONAMET) also forecasts wind gusts and continuing seasonably mild temperatures.

It adds that the higher than normal swell continues along the Atlantic coast, and recommend that small craft remain in port, and sail close to shore in Samaná Bay, with no restrictions along the Caribbean seaboard.
