Sunny skies, cooler temps, ration water

Santo Domingo.- The probability for rains will decrease significantly throughout the country Tuesday, as a high pressure system will bring mostly sunny skies through Wednesday.

The National Meteorology Office (Oonamet) also forecasts lower-than-normal temperatures from a cold north-northeast wind, with widely scattered afternoon showers over the East and North mountain ranges.

Onamet also recommends the rational use of water, as March is the driest month of the year.
