AG Office orders noise controls

Santo Domingo.-AttorneyGeneral FranciscoDomínguez Brito has instructed all the members of the law enforcement agenciesassigned to the Special Environmental Prosecutor’s Office to place a particular emphasis on noise control and prevention, as a way of ensuring public peace and harmony during the Easter break.

He told them to be prepared on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and to actagainst people and entertainment establishments that make noise exceeding 55-60decibels, the legally permitted levels in the country.
