Widely scattered showers, high temperatures

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office forecasts widely scattered showers and cloudiness for Wednesday afternoon, dragged by the prevailing east wind.

It said the rains will be mostly over the Northeast, Southeast, Central Mountains and border area, and the seasonably high temperatures will continue.

Meteorology adds that the low probability for rain will continue Thursday, and urges water rationing across especially in the South, Southwest and Northwest, from the seasonal drought.
