Widely scattered showers, high temps continue

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecasts widely scattered showers from a high pressure system over the North Atlantic and the humidity dragged by the prevailing east -southeast wind.

It said the showers will be mostly in the afternoon and early evening, for the Northeast, Southeast and Central Mountains, while the seasonably high temperatures will continue

For Tuesday Onamet said a trough will increase rainfall and bring thunderstorms to the northeast, southeast and the central regions.
