Scattered showers, thunderstorms

Santo Domingo.- A trough over the country, the prevailingeast-southeast wind and local effects will bring scattered showers, thunderstormsand possible gusts of wind on Monday.

The National Meteorology Office forecasts rain mostly inthe afternoon over the northeast, southeast, Central Mountains and border area,while the seasonably high temperatures will continue.

It said showers with thunderstorms can also be expected tomorrowTuesday.
