Scattered showers, lower temperatures

Santo Domingo.- An approach tropical wave over southeastern Puerto Rico will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms Tuesday over all regions, except the Southwest.

The National Meteorology Office also forecasts lower than normal temperatures over much of the Dominican Republic.
