Let the PRD fight out of its fiasco: DT readers

Santo Domingo.- An overwhelming majority of Dominican Today readers favors a hands-off approach by the government in dealing with the nearly two-year long crisis in the country’s biggest opposition party, PRD, which after separate gatherings Thursday virtually sealed its break up indefinitely.

When asked “What should the government do about the PRD fiasco?,” 359 readers, or 77.37%, said, “Nothing, let them fight it out,” followed by the response, “Try to mediate more actively, with 37 votes, or 7.97%.

The response “Rent front row seats for the big bout” drew 36 votes, or 7.76%, followed by “Hope they zap each other out,” with 32 votes, or 6.90% of the readers who part in the unscientific poll.
