Scattered showers, high temps continue

Santo Domingo.- The National Meteorology Office on Thursday forecast increasing cloudiness during the afternoon until early evening, with continuing scattered showers for the North, Northeast, Southeast, Central Mountains and border zone.

It said the scattered showers and thunderstorms are the result of a stationary front over the country.

It said the seasonably high temperatures will continue, with a maximum of 34 degrees C and a minimum of 23 degrees Celsius.
