Scattered afternoon showers for the weekend

Santo Domingo. – The National Meteorology Office (Onamet) forecasts showers with thunderstorms increasing in the afternoon and early evening, for the Northeast, Southeast, Central Mountains and border area, from a trough over the eastern part of the country.

The trough will continue to dominate the weather this weekend, with afternoon scattered showers and thunderstorms expected mostly for the Northeast, Southeast and Central Mountains.
